ROMA, Philadelphia

For ROMA, a new development in the vibrant Roxborough-Manayunk neighborhood of Philadelphia, the goal was to create a brand identity that captured the energy and aspirations of millennials and recent graduates entering the housing market. Drawing inspiration from the neighborhood names, I conceptualized the name “RoMa” to represent the unique intersection of these areas.

The branding features a modern yet timeless aesthetic, combining a light pink and gray-blue palette with a sleek logo design that exuded freshness and approachability. These elements were carefully curated to appeal to young buyers seeking a stylish first home. My responsibilities included creative direction, naming, design, and leading client presentations, resulting in a cohesive brand that resonated with the target demographic and the character of the neighborhood.

My Duties Included:
Creative Direction
Design
Naming the Property
Lead Client Presentation

Below are examples of how the logo can be used throughout different marketing materials
