Promoted to Associate Production Design Director after helping establish and scale Compass’s production design function by defining team expectations, building new production workflows, and creating processes that improved efficiency across the organization.
Built, onboarded, trained, and managed an 18-person international production design team (Genpact), developing a comprehensive training program, hosting weekly design critiques and workshops, and significantly reducing ramp-up time while maintaining high creative standards.
Trained more than 200 Marketing Advisors and marketing team members nationwide on Compass’s Flexible Template Editor (FTE), production best practices, and design workflows, becoming a trusted resource for both creative and non-creative teams.

Led production for several of Compass’s highest-profile marketing initiatives, including the annual Ultra-Luxury Report, presenting the project during Marketing All Hands and earning praise from executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
Recognized with the Compass Entrepreneurship Principles Award, becoming the first Production Designer honored by National Operations, and helped pioneer several national initiatives, including vendor vetting, production standards, workflow improvements, and scalable creative operations.
Delivered exceptional production output at scale, completing 442 projects and more than 2,000 production tasks in a single year while supporting luxury marketing initiatives, national campaigns, executive presentations, and high-priority agent projects.
