Hayden East, Nashville
For Hayden East, a new townhouse development in Nashville, my goal was to design a logo and branding that reflected the property’s upscale price range ($900k–$1M) and its unique personal backstory. The name “Hayden” was inspired by the agent’s niece, while the agent’s father served as the builder, adding a sense of family legacy to the project.
The branding combined elegance with a contemporary aesthetic, appealing to buyers seeking premium short-term rental opportunities. My responsibilities included creative direction, design, and leading client presentations, resulting in a sophisticated and meaningful identity that resonated with both the target audience and the personal story behind the development.
