For Compass’ 2024 End of Year Recap Video, I collaborated closely with the CEO’s team and our motion designer (Toan Chu) to craft a dynamic and engaging visual narrative celebrating the company’s major milestones. The video highlighted significant achievements, including new acquisitions, innovative product tools, and exceptional luxury property showcases. As Art Director, I led the creative production process, ensuring a cohesive and visually impactful story. My responsibilities included art direction, gathering and organizing content, relaying edits, and managing feedback to ensure smooth execution. By working collaboratively with our motion designer, I ensured the final product delivered a polished, compelling message that captured the essence of Compass’ success in 2024.
