Email Design & Production at Scale

At Compass, I designed and produced email marketing assets for agents nationwide through the company’s proprietary Marketing Center platform. My role went beyond design, taking emails from creative concept through production and final deployment, building flexible, customizable templates that could scale across thousands of agents, markets, and campaigns. I adapted creative to platform specifications, prepared and quality-checked final assets, and ensured every execution maintained brand consistency while giving agents the flexibility to personalize content for their businesses and local markets.
